No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is defined as a scheduled cleaning appointment where our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or the client is not present when required, without prior notice.
* If our team arrives and cannot enter the home or complete the service, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled cleaning fee.
* If the appointment requires client presence and the client is unavailable at the scheduled time, it will also be considered a no-show.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
* We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
* Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Lockouts / Access Issues
* Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property (keys, codes, pets secured, etc.).
* If access is not provided at the time of arrival, it will be treated as a no-show.
Repeated No-Shows
* Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay for future services or may be removed from our schedule.
