POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of Service Leadership, the Store Manager assists with leading in the direction and coordination of the Store operations for assigned location(s). This position is responsible for providing a World- Class Customer Experience with the focus of Being The Reason Someone Smiles. The Store Manager assists with store sales growth, customer engagement, and retention.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Expands store sales through a focus on World-Class customer experience and sales initiatives. Demonstrates and provides consistent excellence with expected guidelines to follow proper process and procedure. Performs other duties as requested.

COMPETENCIES: Shares new insights. Models adaptability and an awareness of the impact of change. Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills required to perform well; uses best practices and demonstrates up-to-date knowledge and skills in technology.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age. At least one year of related experience. Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and timeliness. Requires ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers, staff, and supervisors; maintain confidentiality and exchange accurate information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook is required. Must demonstrate initiative and have the ability to work as a team. Must possess reliable transportation. Must attend all training sessions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Regularly moves about or positions self to interact with customers. Ability to work independently with general supervision, as well as part of a team. The ability to perform all physical aspects of the position is required, including the ability to ascend/descend stairs, sit, stand or move actively, for extended periods of time. Requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Work typically occurs indoors, however, may occasionally require brief time spent outdoors. Must accommodate a rotating schedule that includes every other Saturday.
