Hi everyone.. juz wanted to let all know that I have a few cleaning spots available...
I have 2 every other weeks spots opened A.S.A.P
I did fill the spot for tomorrow afternoon but 2 weeks from then I can start.. will be an every other Thursday afternoon!
Then I also have an every other Tuesday afternoon starting in 2 weeks as well
Would prefer local but will take whatever I can get! 😊
I supply all cleaning supplies

Hi everyone.. I know I haven't been posting on here much lately but instead of texting to everyone I thought I'd put it on here
I've made myself sick over this but with the price of everything still going up starting March 1st, 2023 I will be raising my prices to $28.00 per hr plus mileage, sales tax & service fee
For example: for a 4 hr clean it will be
$112.00 + sales tax
$10.00 service fee
Plus .50 cents per mile (mileage fees)
If you no longer want me to clean I will understand completely.. juz let me know before March 1st

Wanting a weekly spot & at least 4 hrs per week!! Can start Saturday February 4th
$50.00 per hr (as there will be 2 of us) plus mileage/service fee & sales tax

Sorry it's been so long since I've posted on my business page 😳
I've been super busy 😒
I have a few cleaning spots available starting in 2 weeks.. So I'm looking for a business/residential or 2 for work.. starting in 2 weeks I'm looking for every Friday afternoon or every other Friday after noon
And every Saturday or every other Saturday morning or afternoon
Must be between 4- 6 hrs
Business rate $50.00 per hr plus sales tax & mileage
Residential rate $25.00 per hr plus sales tax & mileage
Willing to travel within 50 miles

I know this is not til July but wanted to let everyone know that we are taking a short summer vacation and since I've had my cleaning business I haven't taken an actual vacation ever.. 😳
We've juz booked/paid for them specific dates
They are from Sunday July 3rd thru Friday July 8th
Anyone that is scheduled for them days we will have to skip and wait til the next scheduled day
I'll make sure I remind all that I'm scheduled to clean for when the time gets closer..
Thank you all who will understand...

As gas prices and supplies are on the rise it has come to that time but instead of raising my prices again I'm juz gunna do a fee plus mileage
I don't want to have to do this but I'm not making any money if I don't and breaking even isn't the way to live
It's taken me 2 months to come up with the courage juz to get this out..
$10.00 service fee plus mileage..
Then of course the state/city sales tax 5.5% state tax and whatever your city tax is
If you live outside city limits it's juz the 5.5% (not my rules department of revenue says so) I do have a valid sales tax permit
This will go into effect December 1st, 2021
Of you no longer wish for me to clean after the end of this month due to the increase please get and of me before hand to let me know as I have others on a waiting list that would be glad to take your spot

UPDATE: if your place is within 10 miles you will not be charged any mileage.. and if your over the 10 miles will only charge miles after that 10 miles (hope this makes sense, will be alot of brain work on my part)
