POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED

Front Desk / Billing Administrative Assistant – Part Time

Hours –
11:00am – 4:30pm
Monday – Friday

Duties -
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate department
• Greet walk-in customers
• Process customer billing
• Maintain Equipment Files
• Process incoming inventory
• Maintain marketing library
• Assist with other duties as needed

Salary –
Starting pay $18.00 per hour

PTO –
40 hours / year

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Friendly personality as they are most likely the first contact for the customer
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
