Our Story

Seneca Farms is 198 acre of nine country home sites ranging in size from 11-45 acres. lots have underground electric, telephone and DSL. Natural gas hookup with public utility available and the lots are septic approved. All lot are sold except lot 9 - 30 acres (approx. 10 acres pastures and 20 acres woods) (see aerial-survey above). Lot 9 was the lot that I intended to build a home and retire but personal circumstances including my son, John, moving to Arizona and I have just reached 81 years of age make it not practical to handle the aspects of country living.

UPDATE JULY 18, 2019: LAST LOT AVAILABLE: REDUCED - $80,000 for 30 ACRES.
