Owning a business isn't always the highlight reel people see on social media.

Some days you feel unstoppable. Other days, you're questioning everything. You wonder if you're good enough, if you're going to make it, or if all the hard work is even worth it.

This September, I'll be celebrating 5 years of owning and running my cleaning business. Looking back, I can honestly say the biggest lessons didn't come from the easy days, they came from the days that nearly broke me.

There were moments I wanted to give up. Moments where I felt defeated, overwhelmed, and exhausted. But every single time I chose to keep going, something bigger was waiting on the other side. A new client. A new opportunity. A new reminder of why I started in the first place.
I've learned that not every closed door is a loss. Sometimes it's simply making room for the right one to open. The key is staying true to yourself, taking care of your clients, and refusing to let the hard seasons define your future.

If you're out there building something, whether it's a cleaning business or chasing a completely different dream, I want you to know this:

The hard days will come. You'll feel like quitting. You'll wonder if you're failing.
Keep going anyway.

The obstacles that seem impossible today may be the very thing that's preparing you for everything you've been working toward.

Five years in, I'm still learning. I'm still growing. And I'm more grateful than ever that I didn't quit on the days I wanted to. Trust the process. Stay true to yourself. Keep showing up.

In this home, we’ve been cleaning this sweet little girl was just a few months. We’ve watched her grow from a tiny newborn into a curious little soul who now toddles beside us, watches what we do, and fills the room with smiles.
This picture reminds me that cleaning isn’t just about tidying a space — it’s about being part of someone’s everyday life. It’s about the trust families place in us, the routines we quietly support, and the small moments we’re lucky enough to witness along the way.
Homes hold stories. And every time we step into one, we’re reminded that our work touches people in ways that go deeper than the surface.

Ashley’s cleaning is all about youth sports!! We decided to donate towards the PAL youth soccer program and sponsor a team.!! We think staying active in the community is very important! I, Ashley actively coach for PAL soccer and it’s been a great reward! I love seeing the kids eager to learn and play! The progress over the years has been incredible to see!
