Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I don't usually write reviews like this but I really wanted to for my positive experiences with Diegelman Services. Well, back several years ago a local general contractor who I always used and trusted had highly recommended Ian as a plumber for several major plumbing issues we had with a recent home purchase. He told me to call him as he was very trustworthy and good. And since that recommendation he kindly gave, Ian has been a godsend for a plumbing contractor since! I have had Ian fix leaks, install a broken sewer pipe, and replace plumbing faucets and fixtures for several sinks and showers and such on at least 3 occasions over the years. Ian had even always gladly picked up any fixtures and other parts when I couldn't, and he always charged only the actual store listed price instead of any contractor product markup. He has over 25 years experience in plumbing after first learning in his father's plumbing business, and Ian has been just always pleasant and wonderful in all of his repair visits, and other interactions with us. Ian has been only one of a couple down-to-earth and genuine repairman I have dealt with since getting our home almost 6 years ago. Another was an electrician. For all the others I contacted and/or for those coming out to give an estimate or to make a repair, nothing but mostly such hugely negative experiences. Most were just trying to overcharge by 2-3 or more fold or to hype up how time consuming or difficult the job would be. Ian's power washing services were on Thumbtack too but I think he now gets adequate referrals for his different businesses through word of mouth and to mostly rely on this. From my experience Mr. Diegelman's prices have always been actually too fair and reasonable for what other plumbers charge and for other repairman in different fields, yet his excellent work and pricing are second to none of them. In fact Ian stands out to be pleasantly different from them. I know I surely recommend Ian's services to those I know who need any type of simple or complex plumbing repairs or for his more recently included power washing, restoration cleaning, and sewer jetting business where Ian has almost just as much lengthy experience in this as in his plumbing, where Ian is a master plumber in all phases. And Ian is quite very experienced in other fields also for his even being an actual certified automobile technician, experienced welder, and highly experienced heavy equipment operator too. He even stains decks and such too. He is so pretty ambitious, and great at so many things... I highly recommend Ian to anyone who needs any of these types of services. Ian is so personable and easygoing with customers and does not take advantage of customers by fixing things that do not need fixing, and he does not overcharge any like the other many dishonest contractors do, just completely the opposite. Mr. Diegelman is an amazingly honest, sincere, dependable and professional repairman, and well, a jack of many skilled trades. ... Bravo, bravo to you Ian for your dedication to all your many ambitions, crafts and skills, quality of work, extreme fairness for pricing your services, caring about the customer, and honest, honest ethics! ... Keep it up Ian!
