-No refunds .
- Requesting refunds months after service will not be acknowledged. We can do our best to fix a issue you may have. But no refunds .
-Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Rates are based on square foot and cleaning Services requested. Not hourly.
-Properties with bugs ( beg bugs, fleas, carpet Beatles ) can result in a fee or cost of damaged equipment. We do not want cross contamination to other clients.
- $50 Cancellation fee for less than 48 hour notice
-Dog and cat f***l matter is not picked up. We ask that you clean up after your pets accidents. Thank you.
- Travel fees for outside service area.
- Late fees will be applied every seven days.
- We do not move furniture, clean your decorations that are breakable. ( liability concerns )
- No windows/ blinds unless requested and accessible ( extra fees apply )
- If a client closes a door , we will assume not to enter. Unless otherwise told .
- Staff does not climb or go on high ladders (liability concerns)
- Staff does not do dishes or put dishes away. (you may not find them if we did)
-We ask that items such as toys and such are up off floors so we may clean them properly .
- Inside Stove is now a add on Service as chemicals are used that can cause side affects to the cleaning Technician which can be hazardous. ( Fees apply )
- More than one cleaning Technician may be in your home. This is to better assist clients with their needs.
- We employ people with no major criminal background and are carefully chosen. We take your business very seriously and want to protect you as well as ourselves.

- If at any time a guest of a client or the client makes threats or comments that make a technician feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Cleaning services will be canceled right away. Safety of staff is extremely important. This behavior is unacceptable. Threats of violence will be reported to authorities right away.
- When a client leaves door open and unlocked and client is aware of appointment. Technician will let themselves in.
