📞 We’re Making It Easier to Reach MJB!

One of the challenges of running a small business is being able to answer every phone call while I’m out taking care of customers.

And I’ll admit, there have been times when I’ve gotten busy and a customer has had to reach out a second time to get something scheduled.

That’s something I want to improve!

So, MJB Window Cleaning & Screen Repair now has an AI-powered receptionist to help answer calls when I can’t get to the phone.

Whether you’re calling about window cleaning, screen repairs, scheduling, or just have a question, our new virtual assistant can help you get started and make sure your request gets to me.

You’ll still get the same personal service you’ve come to expect from MJB. I’m just adding a little technology behind the scenes to make sure we’re taking better care of our customers.

And when you call, you’ll still have the opportunity to speak directly with me first!

**Another screen repair job finished up today!**

These screens had definitely seen better days! The old mesh was worn, torn, and ready to be replaced.

A little work and some new screening made a big difference. All cleaned up, re-screened, and ready to go back to the customer!

If you've got window screens or screen doors that need some attention, MJB Window Cleaning can take care of those too!

📩 Send me a message if you need a screen repaired.

Need your help out here.

I was wondering why we were so slow yesterday even with these awesome Pork Steaks! Then I saw a comment where someone mentioned we would be closed Sunday due to Stubborn Fest on Friday and Saturday. I just want to be very clear. Our goal is to be a place you can count on to be open and have food for you to enjoy! Having the best BBQ around doesn’t matter if you can’t get it! Now, there will be some times where we are surprised and will run out of something, but that has been few and far in between.

We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and will only close on a few big holidays. So I will continue to figure out how to ensure everyone knows we are open with new times, but in the meantime, feel free to spread the word!
