Self-tanners may discolor anything they touch! Light tan, brown, or yellow staining on the cuffs, collar fold, neckband, and upper button areas, are typical.

Make sure to follow the instructions carefully, being sure to wash your hands immediately and allow your skin time to dry before dressing. If the product gets on your clothes, bring them in as soon as possible.

GRASS STAIN TIP

Whether you’re “diving” on the soccer field, playing in the park or gardening, don’t let grass stains ruin your day. Grass stains contain green chlorophyll and other proteins that pe*****te the fibers of natural fabrics and, once dried, can be difficult or impossible to remove. As with all stains, it is important to act fast!

We recommend the following steps to remove this type of stain.
Always check the care label. If your clothing is “dry clean only” have them sent to the dry cleaner as soon as possible and be sure to inform them of the type of stain. If the item is “laundry safe,” proceed to the next step.

* Turn the garments inside out to ensure you are forcing the stain out of the fabric instead of working it into the fabric.

*Blot stains with clear liquid dishwashing detergent or laundry detergent. Work the detergent into the garment until the stain is completely covered. It is best to use detergents that contains enzymes to help break down the protein in the stain
.
*After treating the stained area, rinse and wash according to the care label instructions.

*If the stain persists, soak the garment in a solution made of water and an enzyme detergent.

Repeat steps 3, 4, & 5 as need, then launder as usual or let Perry's Cleaners eliminate this process for you.
