Job Description:
Alpine Septic LLC is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate service schedules and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching pump truck operators, managing customer calls, and maintaining efficient communication between drivers and office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch pump truck operators to job sites in a timely manner
• Answer customer calls and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and driver logs
• Communicate effectively with drivers to relay job details and updates
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and dispatch software (or willingness to learn)
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of the septic or transportation industry is a bonus
