A sealed crawlspace is worth the cost as long as the materials that are used last. We use 20 & 10 mil reinforced materials with nylon thread so no tearing. This house has multiple issues. It has active termites, Moisture Damage, drainage issues and lots of damage. First thing is getting rid of the termites. Which we are doing now. Then repairing the Damage. And in time controlling the Moisture. We will be doing all the work hopefully.

If you see these bees hovering close to the ground, please do not kill them. They are very friendly and beneficial. They are seasonal, and will only be around a short time. Marks Termite & Pest Control Inc will not treat for these bees or Honey bees. Some pest we all need to learn to live with. Because of their benefits to our food sources. And that applies to most bees. There are bees that are dangerous and need to be exterminated, like Hornets of all type.

All of our crawlspace encapsulation work is done with some of the best materials made. Our liners are 10, to 20 mil thick. Mold and Mildew resistant. Will not tear, but can be punctured with a sharp object. Reinforced with nylon thread. Every dehumidifier is guaranteed for a minimum of 5 years and some even longer. And if you are one of our customers and your unit breaks down after the 5 years and we have the part in stock, we will repair it most of the time at no charge. The refrigeration part of the unit does not apply.
