As Winter is in full swing, we want to take the time to remind customers to check on your spas when the temperatures are cold! We have seen several services in the past few months that are last minute calls, and as we would love to get to them quickly, we are only able to work in order and as fast as we can. We understand how frustrating waiting on a service may be, however your patience and respect is the best thing we can receive while we are trying to finish everyone's ticket.
Here are a few things to remember for next time:
1. It is best to check on your spa throughout the summer, even if you use it less often. It is helpful to know before the colder weather hits that your spa is heating and running correctly.
2. Draining your spa in the winter without taking certain precautions to winterize properly will most likely result in frozen pipes and broken equipment. Just draining your spa and letting it sit with left over water in the equipment and pipes, is unfortunately not enough to be considered winterized. This could lead to a very expensive repair.
3. As much as we would love to have a stock room full of every single part for your custom spas, we unfortunately do not. As we fill out warranty requests and parts requests, this does take time to receive items back in the mail. Patience is a virtue. We unfortunately receive a lot of vile phone calls, emails, voicemails, and even in person affairs where there is no respect given to our workers. Please understand we do the best we can to try to please every customer.
We truly have the best community to work with and even though there are a few hiccups from time to time, we wouldn't trade it for anything. Our customers keep small businesses like ours afloat and we try to ensure that everyone is taken care of accordingly.
