Fall brings apples, pumpkin spice and…cockroaches?
As the weather cools, roaches seek out warm shelters and easily accessible food. Unfortunately, your home provides both. Although some roaches hibernate during the winter, the ones that are commonly found inside houses do not. And who would blame them? Tasty food, nice warm home, what’s not to love!
Even though you may only see one or two roaches scuttling around your home, there could be a hoard of them living in your walls and in spaces under your cupboards. Roaches are mainly nocturnal. You know you have a problem if you see them scatter after you turn on a light in a dark room. You can also tell if you have roaches by the “pepper flake” f***s they leave behind. Gross.
Don’t worry! We offer Cockroach exterminating services all year around to keep your nest pest free. Call us now to schedule an inspection or to get a seasonal treatment to keep all those pesky pests away for good.

https://nestpestcontrolwashingtondc.com/As we end the summer and look forward to Fall we also have to prepare for lots of different pests and their different behaviors. One group of pests that will be more active as the weather gets cooler is rodents. In fact, rodent activity gets higher in the winter than the summer simply because these animals know that there is more food readily available in our homes than the fields this time of year.

To prepare for this, examine your home, apartment and business for openings where mice or rats might enter in. Seal them up and place traps along walls, especially along areas they might run for food collection.

If you need help, Nest Pest Control is a premier rodent exterminator in the DC area. So give us a call. We'll perform a free inspection and let you know what you need to do to fix any rodent infestation problem you are dealing with. Now or in the future.

Here we are, using a special machine to kill rats. Almost no other company in the Washington DC area has this! The gas created kills them instantly inside their burrows and they don't come out and die in a yard. We don't have to lay poison, traps or other things to get the rodents under control.

When you have a rat problem, think of Nest Pest Control and give us a call to exterminate them. Better yet, use our continuing services to keep pests at bay in your home or business.
