‼️‼️BEWARE‼️‼️: to protect others from possibly being taken advantage of when having dealings with the 40-year-old man that is the owner of this company or allowing your teenage daughters around this man.
This business entity and page was created on November 19, 2023, by one of John Quintanilla, AKA Johnny’s friends from the past, that he came back in contact with and told he wanted to better his life since getting out of prison. Luckily, his friend still had complete ownership of this page he was nice enough to create for him. Hopefully this post will help avoid others being taken advantage of by him, business and personal wise.
His friend tried to help him by moving him into one of his properties since he was living in the homeless shelter prior. His friend also did anything he could to help him turn his life around from his past of lengthy charges over the years; 2002 to 2018 you will see approximately 28 charges, ranging from Grand Larceny, Larceny/Firearm, Distributing and Possession of He**in, Prescription Fraud, Possession of Oxycodone and many more as you will see here in the screenshots from Fauquier County and Prince William County public records.
Within six months his friend helped him with as many things as possible including; getting jobs to stay afloat, trying to get visitation rights and helping him save up any money he could to move forward and turn his life around. It quickly became apparent to see that he was not serious about turning his life around and it was all manipulation.
In approximately, April 2024 he started having a sexual relationship with a barely 18 year old girl that is now currently enrolled in high school. He continued to manipulate this 18 year old girl by telling her he loved her to get what he wanted from her. Multiple occasions when he was asked what he was doing with an 18 year old girl, he said he did not care if she came or went. Essentially, he was only telling her what she wanted to hear to shut her up.
He became very unappreciative and ungrateful when he was told that the 18 year old girl could not come there and stay without confirming with her father that he was 100% ok with their relationship. When he was told this he chose to leave with absolutely no notice, leaving unpaid bill. This was only requested in attempts to avoid the 18 year old girl’s father showing up at the property unannounced, upset looking for his daughter, and becoming a potential safety issue for the owner and his family.
His friends and family have done everything they could to help him in the past, he continues to use his family’s house address to show a stable address and look reputable, his family has nothing to do with this company or anything at all.
They have tried as much as they could to help him turn his life around as well, with nothing but failed attempts.
He is a complete pathological liar it seems, clearly up to no good and not willing to turn his life around, no matter who tries to help him.
Do not trust this man around your teenage barely legal kids or fully trust him to do business with.
Even after his friend helped him relentlessly for over six months, he left without ever returning the house key, so cost of rekeying the home, unpaid bills and a kitchen that was a filthy mess with open food and a disgusting refrigerator.
His friend will now have to recover any out of pocket costs by taking him to civil court.
He was residing in Stafford County at this time, on probation and working at a local convenience store. He drives a 2001 white Honda Civic coupe and possibly a 2014 black four door Chevy Cruze. Since he has moved, there is no telling where he could end up, but please take note of this in case you find him around your teenage barely legal kids. He may seem like he’s a very, very nice gentleman giving barely legal child a ride possibly to and from work, clearly proven he has ulterior motives.
A 18 year old that lives under their parents roof and is still going to high school is still a teenager, normally naïve and immature, I’m sure most respectable adults would agree with that.
Be aware not to rent to, trust this man with money paying upfront for a job, your nice vehicles, or barely legal kids.
When you speak to him, he seems very respectable, but it is all a façade as he is a good manipulator.
Everything stated in this beware post can be confirmed with video surveillance footage on the property, audio recordings of conversations and text messages.
Edit: As of 11:31pm on 8-7-24 the stolen house key was recovered.
Still no electric bill payments or anything else.
Edit: As of 3:00pm on 8-9-24 agreement reached to currently discontinue court proceedings and forgive cleaning fee. Due to finally receiving past due electric bill and agreed to pay prorated last 16 days resided at the residence when that bill is received on approximately 8-26-24.
Edit: Reached out 8-27-24 to inform balance due. Received a response 9-2-24 and promptly responded, with no response back. Reached out once again 9-11-24. No response or payment until 9-14-24 when outstanding balance left owed received at this time.
