Cleaning Break!! 🌅
~ There is ALWAYS things to do but instead of constantly filling those empty spaces to do something, what is 1 way you can slow down…? To get help? To not feel so isolated? What is a hobbie you can pick back up? Or join a group of people on FB for like minded things?
~ Put your phone down…just take 5 minutes and look around, appreciate what you can and how far you’ve come from what you’ve been through. Remember you are loved and are not supposed to just “survive” the day. So let’s think of some things to change a pattern and not feel so heavy or alone. If you don’t know where to start or what to do, start asking around. Or message me!
~ It is not hopeless. Change and healing is possible with help 🪷 Much love :)
