Jim here, Dawn. I wanted you to know what a great job the ladies did for me yesterday. Melanie had been by herself the last couple months & last month I had expressed concern about worsening stains in front of my Lazy Boy in the den & in front of my seat on the LR sofa. You should know I live in Plymouth, a senior community in Plymouth. The carpet isn't the best quality (all the homes are doublewides). There were other "stains" that appeared to be coffee dribbles in the high traffic areas...you should know I have never spilled coffee in my 10 years of living here.

Well, all this is leading to my observation before I left of Melanie on her hands & knees in front of my chair with stain remover working away.

I thought that was above & beyond the call of duty & I sincerely appreciated it. The other spots got the same treatment & it looks 100% better. I love the way the house looks and the pleasant fragrance when I get home. Actually, I feel bad about walking on the freshly vacuumed carpet. Hooray for CleanRite!
