How Does Laundry Pickup & Delivery Work if I want to Schedule By Phone? Call Daybreak Laundry at (616) 791-4302 and speak with an attendant. The attendant will get some account information from you including your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and credit card information. At this time, you can also tell the attendant if you have preferences for your laundry and flag any items
that require special care, spot treatment or additional handling (extra charges may apply.) You can also tell the attendant and special information regarding the location of your pickup and delivery. Let us know if there’s a door or gate code, a flight of stairs, a special parking consideration, or a particular place you’d like your items picked up or delivered - for example on the side porch rather than the front, let us know. You can select from pickup and delivery times provided by the attendant. Depending on driver schedules, same day-pickup may be available for an extra charge. If we pick your laundry up on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, we can deliver your laundry back to you at a convenient time in two days. On Fridays and Saturdays, we can deliver your laundry back in three days (Monday and Tuesday, respectively.) Home Pickup Day Home Delivery Day

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged and you’ll receive a text message. Your laundry will be delivered back during your selected time slot.
