We offer flat rate pricing per room. We get it. Sometimes, you just run out of energy and have only one room left. You need it done, but you just can’t. For what ever reason. This is why we offer several packages and charge based on each room, not per square foot. Basic: $30 per room
Superior: $35 per room
Exceptional: $40 per room

u will receive all the cleaning services listed above in the Exceptional category, and it will cover multiple rooms in the home - per dwelling (no attics, basements, outdoor buildings, or garages.) regardless of square footage. In this case “room” refers to separate living areas, i.e. bedroom = 1 room. Kitchen= 1 room. Dining Room=1 room. Living room = 1 room. Regardless of walls. Home size:
Basic: 4-6 rooms = $200
Superior: 6-8 rooms = $280
Exceptional: 8+ rooms (no more than 12 rooms)=$360
