Good morning friends , been awhile since I’ve posted but I do have a couple of weekly or bi weekly openings for residential cleaning although I will do small private offices . I have increased my rate in the last few years to $30 an hour but as always will provide my own supplies and bring my own equipment . I have openings for weekly, biweekly and monthly residential and office cleanings. My rates have changed a bit due to inflation and the cost ot gas and supplies. I have references available upon request from long term clients. Monthly clients are a flat rate and weekly and bi weekly are based on hourly rates. I also do rental clean outs as my schedule permits as well as one time cleanings for a flare rate as well. Please reach out if you have cleaning needs, I would love to meet with you. Due to the cost of living increases as well as the cost of supplies and demand my rate has increased to $30/hour. Monthly assignments will be a flat rate cost.
