Applicant will be filing, invoicing, answering phones, and other basic office functions.

Communication skills required

Phone etiquette is a must

Organization skills needed

Quickbooks experience is preferred, but will train

Ideal job for a high school grad looking to get office experience

Just an update to all our wonderful customers, our Office Lady will be out for an unknown time due to her water breaking earlier than anticipated.

Please understand there will be a delay on invoicing and certain file gathering, but we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible!

Happy Monday all!

Our Office Manager will be out on maternity leave in June/July and we will need help answering the phones during her absence.

If interested:
**Workdays are Monday, Wednesday-Friday, no weekends or Tuesdays
**Hours will be roughly 8am-430pm, starting pay at $11 p/h willing to negotiate hours and pay if need be
**This is currently a temporary need for up to 6 weeks, but potentially a full-time position
