We are hiring an experienced Floor Care Cleaning Technician in the Visalia area.

This position provides full-time, night hours in the Visalia area. Office Pride offers employment to trustworthy and hard-working individuals, seeking stable and reliable income. Our staff are scheduled for night time hours at competitive pay rates.

What Type of Work Would You Be Completing?
A Floor Care Cleaning Technician is responsible for the floor care services provided to their assigned account(s), according to company instruction and standards. Tasks may include a combination of the following:

• Ability to perform hard floor care maintenance in accordance with Office Pride standards, including, but not limited to: strip/wax, scrub and recoat, buffing, bonnet carpet cleaning, extraction carpet cleaning.
• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and other surfaces.
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.

Office Pride is looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
• Ability to work independently with a concern for quality.
• Detail oriented and the ability to work at an efficient pace.
• Reliable. Must possess the ability to adhere to the company's attendance policy.
• Physical ability to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must possess a valid drivers license, as well as reliable transportation to get to and from work.
