At Renew Energy our solar program increases your home value and reduces your monthly dominion power bill. There is no upfront cost to change the utility companies. Rob Wasinger will build you a custom Energy Report to see if your home qualifies under the Virginia clean Economy act. Under this program you will save short term and long term. Your new Energy Monthly payment will never increase and will go to zero 25 years or under. There will be no more power bill for you. You can also have it in your will or trust to hand down to so they will not have a energy bill. With this program in 2021 you will receive 26% federal tax money to put down on your system or put it in your pocket. You will receive two checks at the end of every year.
1. Virginia state will send a check in January of every year for the amount 250 to 550 for the next 25 years for participating in the program.
2. Dominion power will send you a check every year as long as you keep your solar on. For selling back your access energy to the community.
3. Under this program you I have the option to refinance your home with no out-of-pocket cost for appraisal or closing and receive a half point discount on the current Lowest interest rate. What ever year you are on on your current mortgage you will stay at that year. If you have eight years left for example on your 30 or 15 when you refinance you will still have eight years left.
