This week, we're excited to introduce Ohm Patel, one of our talented Maintenance Technicians.

With years of HVAC experience, Ohm has built a reputation for being hardworking, determined, and an excellent problem solver. One of the things he enjoys most about his job is helping customers regain comfort in their homes and seeing their satisfaction when a problem is resolved.

When he's not serving our customers, Ohm enjoys spending his free time around cars and heading to the bowling alley. Whether he's diagnosing a challenging HVAC issue or perfecting his game on the lanes, he brings the same focus and dedication to everything he does.

Another month in the books and that means it was time for our End-of-Month Team Meeting, something we always hold on the last Wednesday of every month here at One Hour!

These meetings are always a great opportunity to look back on the month’s successes, celebrate birthdays, recognize work anniversaries, and acknowledge goals reached by our incredible teammates. We also spend time looking ahead at what’s coming next and how we can continue serving our customers at the highest level possible.

This month, we were proud to recognize Ashley Vavrek-Vogt as our Teammate of the Month! Ashley is our amazing Parts Coordinator and has been with One Hour for nearly a year. Her hard work, dedication, and positive attitude help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes every single day. Congratulations, Ashley! 👏
