R&C Contractors is starting to move forward getting the guys in a rhythm some up stepping up some are learning more each day. I think I got a good set of young men pipe going in good so far we had a few learning curbs they needed the teacher but I more then glad to help. At one point of time I had to be showed the ropes, keep up the good work guys I know some days I can be hard but we all still go home safe and talking the day it’s business not personal.

Reading drawings and understanding the task at hand talking with clients and inspectors as needed, and being able to operate different kinds of equipment, we offer paid vacation up to 3 weeks, paid holiday’s, Company truck is included. Come to a small company that’s growing fast and with the Wright individuals the sky will be your limit.

Nice day out just finished a 6x4 wet tap on route 24 and as you will see it came out perfect and that’s the way it should be, now it’s time to bore under roadway.

I have been extremely busy and have not had a lot time to post but as I have said before, I like to thank everyone who stood with me and supported me in someway or another. It doese mean a great deal to me.
