✨ About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Control Room Operator (CRO) to support daily operations within a fast-paced airport environment. This role is responsible for coordinating system activities, dispatching personnel, and ensuring smooth operation of conveyor and baggage systems while maintaining clear communication with technical teams and management.

🛠 What You’ll Do
• Dispatch Staff for system issues
• Monitor Systems & Log Incidents
• Create work orders & reports
• Assist with baggage system jams
• Communicate with tech teams & supervisors

✔ Requirements
• HS Diploma or GED
• Able to work weekends/holidays
• Strong attention to detail

⭐ Preferred Skills
• Airport/operations experience
• Safety knowledge
• CMMS & Microsoft Office
• 30+ WPM typing
• Mechanical aptitude
