Thanksgiving is coming quick!

We are proud to announce we’ve secured our supply of birds for our House-Brined, Applewood Smoked, Whole Turkeys for THANKSGIVING DAY! Birds this year are 15-16 pound Premium Turkeys. We make our own brine with fresh vegetables, herbs, maple sugar and mixed peppercorns, soak the birds for 24hours and then smoke to perfection over hand-split apple wood for the most flavorful, moist turkey you’ve ever experienced!

At Black Sheep- we don’t think your centerpiece should be picked up days in advance just to be reheated for the big meal (leftover Turkey is for the days following your special dinner!)

So, we will be smoking them early THANKSGIVING MORNING for pick-ups at 12 o’clock NOON until 1pm!

•$100 each
•15lb average, whole turkeys only
•feeds 12-15
•pick ups THANKSGIVING DAY, 12-1pm
