PEI is Hiring a Crushing Foreman

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team and oversee our growing gravel pit and aggregate crushing products operations. The ideal candidate will be detail and growth oriented, and will have expertise in both project management and MSHA compliance.

Duties:

- Oversee and manage daily crushing of aggregate products for in house project use and retail distribution.
- Ensure adherence to MSHA, and all applicable health and safety standards, including documenting, troubleshooting and solving for issues along with the support of company management
- Training and supervision of a team of employees.
- Monitor progress and compile reporting on project status, including identifying project benchmarks, presenting to company management, and executing on phases and deliverables.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure alignment with best practices in safety and efficiency

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in MSHA compliance, in-depth experience in aggregate crushing, and an ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour DOE
Expected Hours: 40 – 60 per week

PEI is Hiring an Excavating and Site Infrastructure Laborer

Overview:

PEI is hiring a laborer to join our established and growth oriented Excavation and Site Infrastructure company. We are looking for one highly motivated, reliable and hardworking individual to join our existing team.

We have an excellent existing team, and a diverse project roster for the year. If you are interested in learning the fundamentals of the excavating and site infrastructure sectors, or if you have existing skills in the excavating trade or as an Equipment Operator, we encourage you to reach out and schedule a conversation.

We have a daily, in person meeting requirement at our headquarters in Victor, ID. From there, transportation is provided to our project sites throughout Teton Valley, ID and Teton County, WY.

Job Type: Full Time, In Person

Compensation: We offer very competitive base compensation, eligibility for overtime pay, health, dental and vision insurance as well as 401K with employer contribution.

Daily Start Time: Between 6-7AM
Daily End Time: Between 5-6PM
