🏡 ANOTHER REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COMPLETED! 🏡
We recently completed this septic project as part of a real estate transaction. We teamed up with L and B Plumbing , who raised the plumbing and helped us get everything ready to properly stub in the new sewer line inside the home.
Our crew then installed a 1,500-gallon, two-compartment septic tank with risers brought to grade on both the inlet and outlet ends, along with a sanitary tee and alternator valve. We also installed two 6' × 10' drywells and finished the project by leveling and power-raking the yard, leaving the property looking clean and ready for its new owners.
A big thank you to L and B Plumbing for their work on this project. We highly recommend L&B Plumbing and are always happy to work alongside other quality professionals who take pride in their work!

Another quality installation completed by Richards Sewer & Septic Service Inc.
For this new construction project, we: ✅ Connected to the sewer line with an outside cleanout
✅ Installed (2) 1,000-gallon septic tanks with risers to grade on the outlet ends
✅ Installed an effluent filter in the second septic tank
✅ Installed a 30' × 35' drainbed
✅ Excavated 5 feet and backfilled with 2 feet of 2NS sand
✅ Leveled and rough graded the site
✅ Core-drilled through the foundation for the water softener discharge line
✅ Connected the water softener to a separate 900-gallon drywell with 4 feet of 2NS sand beneath it over a stone base
💧 Why a separate drywell?
The local Health Department does not recommend discharging water softener backwash into the septic system, so we installed a dedicated drywell to help protect the life and performance of the septic system.
