Advance care planning is an ongoing process that helps individuals understand their healthcare options, communicate their wishes, and prepare for future medical decisions with confidence.

4th of July & Pizza Pie! 🍕🇺🇸

Residents kicked off the holiday weekend with a pizza party filled with great food, fun trivia, and even better friends. We loved celebrating America’s 250th birthday with this wonderful group of people!

💙 Gratitude, Fellowship & Fun at St. Francis Manor! 💙

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of fellowship, food, and laughter during the Gratitude Luncheon provided by Breaking Chains Ministry and Making a Difference Volunteers.

Everyone enjoyed delicious pizza and subs, along with trivia, games, and plenty of smiles! It was a beautiful time of connection and community.

We are so grateful for this amazing group of people who have chosen St. Francis Manor as a place to share their kindness, generosity, and ministry. Your time and compassion mean so much to our residents.

For many seasons, on the last Friday of each month, St. Francis Manor has been blessed by the beautiful music of the Sterling Singers. This wonderful group, led by Joan, brought so much joy to our residents, staff, and community. We sang along, tapped our feet, and clapped to the music that filled our hearts with happiness.

Today marked their final performance with us as they retire the group. While we are saddened to see this chapter come to an end, we are incredibly grateful for the many years of music, friendship, and memories they shared with our St. Francis Manor family.

To Joan and the Sterling Singers, thank you for your dedication, kindness, and the joy you brought to all of us. Please know you will always hold a special place in our hearts and will forever be a part of our St. Francis family.

Residents and staff at St. Francis Manor kicked off the Memorial Day holiday weekend with a fun cookout! Everyone enjoyed good food, great company, and celebrating together as we honored the holiday. 🇺🇸❤️

We could not let May slip by without giving a great big THANK YOU to the members of Sunrise Rotary and Sunset Rotary for treating our residents to a beautiful Mother’s Day brunch! 🌸

Each of the ladies who attended was escorted to her seat and presented with a beautiful rose, making the day feel extra special.

Thank you to these two wonderful organizations for your kindness, generosity, and for making our residents feel so celebrated and loved. ❤️
