Fun 3-foot dig for a septic inspection in Ledyard, CT. After further inspection we found a block in the inlet pipe within a foot of the tank, and a belly in the outlet pipe, revealing saturated dry wells.

Recommendations:
⭐️ New inlet line
⭐️ New outlet line
⭐️ Soil testing for saturated dry wells

Septic inspection on this beautiful Sunday in Higganum, CT. Seller stated that they needed to snake the drain every couple of weeks to keep the flow of sewage moving. After further investigation we found the inlet pipe and tank to be compromised with roots.

Recommendations:

⭐️New Infiltrator Septic Tank
⭐️New sewer line (inlet pipe) from house to septic tank

Isn't it human nature to always want more (or at least society conditions us that way)? As a newer business we're learning there are always going to be ups and downs. Sometimes you wonder where the next business deal is going to come from, and other times you have to learn to appreciate the customers and business you already have. So the takeaway is you have to be grateful for what you have and everything else will fall into place when it's supposed to.

Would you feel comfortable NOT getting a sewer line inspection if your future homes sewer looked like this?

•A lot of people assume that just because their house is using a septic system that the sewer line is in good condition. If your house was built before 1980, it is highly recommended to inspect your sewer line to save you on costly repairs in the future.
