We wanted to clear up a few things with our water usage as the City has a water leak currently

1. We use a reclaim water system that captures the water and cleans it and puts it back into a storage tank to use again.

2. Our water storage tanks can accommodate about 250-275 cars (multiple days of washing) before we need any city water to flush and refill the systems.

When the city announced the leak, we checked our tanks and they were 99% full. We will monitor them and if the leak is not repaired by the time they need to be flushed/filled and/or if the city needs us to shut down, we will 100%. We are lucky enough to have some great technology that helps us save water and there are many studies that show our systems use less water than the restaurants in the towns/cities.

‼️Attention Customers‼️

Earlier today, our car wash sustained significant damage due to an incident involving a vehicle. The driver pulled too far to the left and struck the wash arm, causing the system to stop operating correctly. Rather than stopping and contacting us using the clearly posted phone number directly ahead, the driver chose to continue forward and drove through the equipment, bending and breaking the wash arm.

As a result of this avoidable action, we were forced to shut down the car wash for the remainder of the day, causing lost revenue and preventing other customers from using the wash, while costing $1,000s in repairs.

Please be aware: our property is monitored by video cameras that are clearly posted and actively recording. License plates are captured, and we will hold drivers financially responsible for any damage caused to our equipment and for related losses based on customer negligence. We understand accidents happen but don’t make it worse without contacting us first.

If your vehicle ever makes contact with any part of our equipment, STOP immediately and call the number posted at the entrance. Do not attempt to continue through the wash. Proceeding can cause further damage, safety hazards, and unnecessary downtime.

We value our customers and work hard to keep our wash running safely and reliably for the community. Incidents like this are frustrating, costly, and entirely preventable.

For everyone’s safety and to protect our equipment, please only enter the wash if you can do so properly and confidently.

Just a reminder: when the temperature drops below freezing, we will be closed (vacs always open). We usually let it get back to 34 or so before reopening to prevent frozen pipes and hoses. Thank you!
