🧼 Did you know? Not every “deep clean” is just a regular cleaning job.

If a property has blood, bodily fluids, sewage, or decomposition present, it may legally qualify as biohazard remediation — not standard cleaning.

According to OSHA guidelines, exposure to bloodborne pathogens can pose serious health risks, and certain materials may require specialized PPE, disinfectants, and regulated disposal procedures.

Some turnover or “move-out” cleans can involve hazards cleaners aren’t trained or equipped for, which is why it’s important to ask the right questions before accepting a job.
