Working with Allguard Termite and Pest is a breath of fresh air! Allguard is a family business with a personal approach not seen very often today. Last year Allguard tented our beach house in Oxnard. We were so delighted with their service that we recently requested that they treat our termite problem in our LA home. James, the owner is very friendly, honest and patient when explaining his recommendations. Unlike other termite companies, he does not recommend work that is not necessary. His prices are fair and undercuts all other companies. Cassandra, James’ Office Mamager is also very friendly and easy to work with. It is a pleasure to work with her. He didn't find any rodent issues but did some rodent exclusion work to ensure they wouldn't get in. He was also kind enough to let us know the cause of the issue we were having under the house that we would not have known about if he didn't tell us. We really appreciated it.
