Today I cleaned a 2 Mil home that was recently cleaned but some stains remained.
There was “cellulosic Browning” which is when the sugars in the wool or other natural fiber wick to the surface and create a brown stain. I was able to neutralize and rinse the stain out on this high quality Wool carpet.

Randy does just an amazing job. He has done my carpets 7 times. He works on his own and takes great pride in his work. Yes, he's a little more money than most but he is worth every nickel. I have an elderly dog that has accidents. The care and attention to detail is what sets him apart from others out there. Hands down best carpet cleaning I have ever had, and I've had a lot of dogs and several homes. A bonus is that he is very kind and actually listens to what you want.
