Pet odor problem?

If the smell keeps coming back, it's not on the carpet anymore.

Urine soaks through into the pad and sometimes the subfloor. Surface cleaning takes the stain and leaves the source, so it returns every time it gets humid or warm.

We find the spots with a black light, including the ones you can't see, and treat all the way down.
