I am Elizabeth “Beth” Perry, founder of Clean Touch LLC.
After navigating the challenges of running a business
during COVID as a single mother, I realized how essential it
is to have a strong, supportive team. That experience
opened my
eyes to the lack of true leadership and
sustainable business structures in our industry.
Out of that realization, I began exploring employee
ownership models and discovered the power of
cooperatives. This vision to create a business where
workers are valued, empowered, and invested became my
passion and mission.
In November 2024 a serious car crash tested me again,
leaving me in recovery while continuing to raise my children
and keep my business alive. That experience only
deepened my conviction: no one should have to carry the
weight of life and business alone.
Today, Clean Touch is more than just an eco-friendly
cleaning company. It’s a movement to give back quality
time to families, build sustainable careers for cleaners, and
create a cooperative model that uplifts workers and strengthens our community.
I believe time is one of the most valuable things a person can have and that clean, healthy spaces create
peace, confidence, and connection.
My journey has been shaped by resilience, creativity, and a drive to break cycles. I’ve learned how to
transform challenges into growth, and I bring that same commitment to my clients, employees, and
community. My work is guided by authenticity, gratitude, and emotional intelligence.
I believe service work deserves dignity, respect, and fair pay. Cleaning is not “unskilled” — it is essential
labor that creates freedom for families, professionals, and communities.
