I’m looking for dependable, motivated women who know how to HUSTLE and want the opportunity to make a livable wage doing good work.

This is independent contractor work — which means I’m looking for women who can walk into a job, know what needs to be done, and GET. IT. DONE.

I need cleaners who:

✨ Show up when they say they will
✨ Have an eye for detail
✨ Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
✨ Are independent self-starters
✨ Communicate well
✨ Don’t need someone standing over them to get the job done
✨ Take pride in their work
✨ Actually want to WORK and MAKE MONEY

💰 Contractor rates typically start around $22.50/hour and go UP depending on experience, skill, efficiency, and the type of work you take on.

If you have solid cleaning experience and can bring value to the table, I’m absolutely willing to negotiate your contractor rate. I believe good cleaners should be paid well.

You must provide your own:
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license & insurance
• Vacuum
• Cleaning products & supplies

We do everything from recurring residential cleaning to deep cleans, move-outs, pre-listing cleans, organizing and more.

And I’ll be upfront: I’m not looking for everyone.

I’m looking for women who are dependable, take ownership of their work, and want the freedom that comes with being an independent contractor.

Today we're celebrating Jackie!

With a few of our cleaning contractors under the weather, Jackie stepped up in a big way yesterday, taking on solo jobs and absolutely knocking them out of the park. The best part? Our clients took the time to share some amazing feedback about her work. We couldn't be more grateful to have her as part of the Couve Cleaning family.

A few fun facts about Jackie:

🤍 She's deaf and doesnt let anything stop her from shining!

🥾 She loves spending time outdoors—especially hiking, paddleboarding, and camping.

Sometimes, cleaning is about so much more than a spotless home. ❤️

Last week, our team had the privilege of serving 21 families, completing 2 move-out cleans, 1 pre-listing deep clean, and logging nearly 200 hours of professional cleaning.

On average, we spent 6+ hours in each client's home, with some projects requiring significantly more time—including a 30-hour pre-listing deep clean and a 20-hour move-out.

One family, in particular, really touched our hearts.♥️

We had the opportunity to prepare a home for a young man returning after significant medical procedures. His family had enough on their plate—they shouldn't have to worry about disinfecting every surface before bringing him home.

So that's where we came in.

Using medical-grade disinfectants, we thoroughly cleaned and sanitized their home, creating a safe, healthy environment so they could focus on what mattered most: welcoming their son home. 💙

This is why we do what we do.

A clean home isn't just about appearances. Sometimes it's about healing. Sometimes it's about easing the burden for a caregiver. Sometimes it's about giving a family one less thing to worry about during one of life's hardest seasons.
