When it comes to Roof Cleaning, using pressure is out of the question. We have two treatment options, but beforehand we softly brush or remove by hand the bigger chunks of moss.

1. Soft Wash is a soapy solution that kills moss, mold and algae. The solution is softly sprayed throughout the roof, made of sodium hypochlorite, water and a surfactant (which helps clean and stick to the roof) Remaining moss turns white within minutes and will fall off naturally in the upcoming weeks.

2. Zinc powder treatment (such as Moss B Gone as seen in photo) is applied by sprinkling powder to the ridges of the roof and in horizontal lines about every 8ft. It is also necessary to cover areas where moss is prone to heavily grow. Moss dies within a few weeks and naturally falls off.

Both Processes are highly effective and are the best ways to prolong the life of your roof. For more questions, message us today.
