Dear clients of diamonds house cleaning. We appreciate all your business and kind words. I did just want to make a announcement due to the current events that are on going.
We do not mind doing extra work for you at all. We do have add on pricing for extra work that also has a list of thing’s we do on deep cleans to choose from and add to your standard cleaning services.
Unfortunately, things we do not do that have been told of us to do. Is moving furniture we are not a moving company & aren’t strong enough to move panio’s or couches that have been asked of us to do, dusting chandelier’s or any surfaces we cannot reach by standing. We don’t do dishes endless asked and added on to your cleaning services.
Fridges are done when added on as well.
We love all our clients and strive to go above and beyond alway’s but it has come to our attention that some of our clients make lists of tasks to do without the owner knowing & expect the employees to do them the day of cleaning. While we do not mind doing extra things there are add on prices as well as extra time being needed for those services.
If you’d like extra services please let us know before your scheduled cleaning so we have the products on hand & can accommodate to you properly. Letting us know when we arrive sets us back on our other houses for the day & makes other clients upset if we are late.
