⚠️ biohazards: this includes pet waste, mold remediation, and bodily fluids.
🪜 heights & heavy lifting: we cannot climb higher than a standard 2-step step stool or move heavy furniture over 50lbs.
🧼 specific surfaces: to prevent damage, we do not clean delicate specialty items (plasma TVs, fine art) or exterior windows.
🪲 pests: we do not service homes with active heavy infestations.
