A little about me, I'm a single mom to a 6 year old boy, living in Van Tx. I have my own photography business and have decided to start a cleaning business as well. I am very detail oriented and actually enjoy cleaning!
FAQ:
What is your fee?
I charge a flat rate of $30/hr and this covers anything and everything you need done.
2 hour minimum. I bring my own supplies unless you specify that you'd like me to use yours.
How long does is usually take?
Every house is different as far as size and needs, but on average a 1,200 sq ft house takes me around 4 hrs the first time, and around 3 hrs every two weeks afterward. This can vary.
Do I need to be home?
No, I don't require you be at home, that is completely your preference.
What does your cleaning include?
A general cleaning includes, dishes, washing bedding/making beds, floors, bathrooms, countertops etc. Pretty much anything that I see that needs to be cleaned. The only things I don't give attention to unless asked are windows, ovens, base boards, inside the fridge, and showers.
Is there a travel fee?
If you live within 20 miles of Van, Tx there is no travel fee. If you live between 21-45 miles from Van, Tx there will be a $20 travel fee.
