Our beef is born and raised in Crawford County, AR and we will be selling halves and wholes, and for the 1st time quarters.
Next available date will be in Jan/Feb 2022.
Processing takes approximately 2 weeks.

They SHOULD weigh between 1000 lbs and 1,300 lbs live weight. The calves hanging weight will be about 65% of their live weight.
