We are so excited for the Hegins carnival next week! Come out and see us Wednesday - Saturday June 10-13. We will be in the food stand all week long and have goodies to hand out! I might even drag that tote of tshirts up incase any of you stop in and ask for some. 😉 PARADE is Thursday June 11 @ 7pm! We have so much good stuff to throw! 🍬 🍬🍬🥳 🚒 🍔 🌭 🥨

Please share!!! The Carnival is a huge fundraiser for the fire company and we NEED YOU to come out and support them! There will be rides for the kids this year, free music nightly, even more food options, and of course the parade on Thursday! We are loaded up with candy and Caring Cleaners swag to throw this year as well as some goodies you can pick up at the food stand! The Hegins Carnival is fast approaching and we would love to see you there! Our team volunteers to work the main food stand every night and we hope we get to see you! Stop in and see Lindsay at the register. She will have some Caring Cleaners swag to give away!

❤️🚒 WHY WE CARNIVAL 🚒❤️

The Hegins Carnival was first started many years ago as a way to help produce the majority of the funds needed to operate a volunteer fire company.

Even the very basics of operating a fire company are expensive:
Building costs, Apparatus repairs & maintenance, Ladders, Hoses, Rescue saws, Turnout gear, Air packs
…and so much more.

While that still remains true today, the reality is that the cost of operating a volunteer fire company in today’s world has become absolutely enormous.

There are now so many things considered necessities to safely and professionally operate — and like everything else, the costs are astronomical.

The truth is, while the carnival absolutely helps, the funds generated do not even come close to covering the full operating expenses of a modern volunteer fire company.

So today…
WE CARNIVAL FOR MORE THAN JUST FUNDRAISING. ❤️

We carnival because it has become something special for this community.

🎡 Four days for people to come together
🎶 Enjoy live entertainment
🍔 Eat great food
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Spend time with family and friends
❤️ Make memories
🎆 Celebrate community traditions

And best of all — it is FREE to come enjoy.

For many, it has become a cherished tradition and a positive outlet for the youth and families in our area.

Yes, it helps meet a small portion of our operating budget… but more importantly, it has become our way of giving back to the community that supports us year after year. ❤️

However, hosting this event becomes more challenging with each passing year.

With dwindling numbers of volunteers to help and lower attendance numbers, putting on an event of this size takes more effort than ever before.

In order to help ensure this beloved tradition continues for many years to come, we ask for your support. 🙏❤️

So blessed this week to have added these 2 locations of the soon to be Berke and Herbert Bank! Thank you for choosing us to deep clean your locations and service them weekly! We have met some wonderful people at both locations! 🙏🏼

And then there were 20!!! Say what?!?!!! I spent the day packing supply bags for team members #17,18,19,&20!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I’m not sure how we even got this big but WOW what a blessing!!! I’ll be working through our follow up list over the next few days and starting a new wait list on Monday. Message me if you would like to be on it!

We have some winners!!! Thanks for playing along! The 80’s outfit came in first but that’s mine so it doesn’t count…. We have Kathy with the ducklings at camp coming in first and winning a $50 Amazon gift card, Kate coming in 2nd with the team mascot and winning a $25 Amazon gift card, and Big Lindsay coming in third and also winning a $25 Amazon gift card!
