How many times have you said “I hate my popcorn ceilings but what can I do?”
Well, yes, you can always scrape it off but that’s so messy. Here’s one solution to that problem: cover it with beadboard panels.

And that’s just what we did for this client. And I love it!! 😍

We covered the popcorn ceiling, painted and updated with a new fan. Looks like a brand new room to me!

The weather today was absolutely perfect for painting these cabinet doors. And getting to do it with an amazing lake view makes it even better!

Shep and I are helping these clients with their To-Do list. So I can now say
“check” on these:
✅ cabinets painted
✅ covered popcorn ceiling with beadboard
✅ painted bedroom
✅ painted ceiling fan blades
✅ small Sheetrock patching
✅ hung two sliding screen doors

Few more items to do at this beautiful lakehome and this job will be complete.

This charming lake cottage has great “bones” and just needed a little updating in the kitchen to prepare it for lots of fun summer rentals. ☀️ 🛶 👙🕶️

Shep removed the backsplash, removed the red kitchen island top and cut it down to one level.
We installed the new backsplash that the client picked out. It paired well with the countertop and turned out beautiful. 😍
(We did not install the new countertops)
Shep finished off the backside of the kitchen island with these beautiful planks.
We love it!!! 🙌🏻

Our client is one step closer to making some wonderful Lake Gaston memories!
