Tropical Storm Idalia is scheduled to become a hurricane when it reaches the Florida Panhandle. It's time to be weather-aware and get prepared!

If you have not already done so- restock your hurricane kits with a 5-day supply of water, food, and medications.

Tropical Storm Idalia will strengthen into a hurricane over the southeast Gulf around Monday night, moving generally northward over the eastern Gulf on Tuesday. Idalia is expected to make landfall along the northeast Gulf coast late Tuesday night or early Wednesday. Hurricane and Storm Surge Watches are now in effect from Indian Pass eastward. Life-threatening storm surge is possible around the shores of Apalachee Bay. Have preparations completed by sunset Tuesday.
