Going thru the curing process of this fire brick pizza oven we have to burn a fire a day upto 350 degrees for 3 hours each day to slowly dry all the moisture out of the brick we will repast this process for a total of 7 seven days and each day raising the temp until we get all the water out of the brick and reach a final temperature of 800 degrees this will finalize the curing of the brick oven then we will seal it and lay the glass tile around it updates coming
