We were beyond honored to have been contacted about our detailing services to clean, shine, and protect this piece of history for the Waldensian Heritage Museum.
This Valdese Fire Department 1930’s Mack Fire Truck once responded to many calls for service before being retired from service. It was then kept in storage and utilized only for special community events before being donated to the museum.
Overcoming the challenge of being stored indoors and the current drought conditions, we completed a rinseless wash and hand waxed all painted surfaces. This process safely cleaned the paintwork with minimal water usage compared to the traditional bucket and soap method while still yielding exceptional results.
