It all started when we couldn’t get anyone to service our stove in a timely manner when we needed it most, WINTER!!! Most companies would tell us if you didn’t buy your stove from u
s we won’t service it even though we bought pellets from them.. If we were lucky we could get someone in 4-6 weeks, but no promises. I became frequently frustrated with not being able to find the level of service and customer support that I felt people not only looked for but also deserved. We started fixing/cleaning stoves for our neighbors, friend, and family. Word got out and it became a great second job. I decided to start New England Pellet Stove service, and never looked back. We are a dedicated to offering the quality service you deserve & expect when you call. We can do cleanings, repairs, or installations in a timely manner and hope to be New England’s best pellet stove Service Company. We service all of Worcester county and all counties surrounding us. Not in the area? No problem, call us anyways and we will make the arrangements necessary to accommodate you. We will show up on time, we will take all measures necessary to leave the area in the same condition if not better when we leave. Cleaning
With the harsh winter behind us it is time to have your Post Season Cleaning for your pellet stove done. It may not be running at optimal efficiency or maybe not at all and if you did not buy your stove from the local service company, like so many others and they wouldn’t come out and service it. To prove ourselves to you we are offering a special for the month of June $99.00 will get you a complete cleaning service and inspection of all components, passages, and venting systems. This increases heat output and is essential to having a clean, efficient pellet stove when the cold weather returns. Repair services
With all repair services we will do a complete cleaning. Whether the problem emanates from a bad starter or controller on the main stove unit or a leak in the stove pipe, we can order the parts and begin to make the fixes necessary to get the stove working properly again. Once diagnosed, the repair itself should not take that long to accomplish or complete. Installation services
We can install your new or used pellet/corn stove and hearth, even if you did not buy it from us. Before we can install any pellet stove, we need to visit the home to be sure that the planned installation will be proper, and there are no hidden problems. During this visit, we will also calculate your project's venting and material needs and cost. We install pellet stove venting through an outside wall, down a chimney, or we can supply concrete coring, for "through the foundation" installations. Coring is supplied by an outside company and we will supervised by us to be sure it is done correctly & to our high standards. Custom Hearth services
Like so many others finding the right hearth for your room, in a design, size, or shape can be a daunting task. We offer custom hearth designs built to your specifications. We can help with the design and shape and will only be built once you are happy with the completed model. Our designs are made on AutoCAD so you can be sure it will be done right. We can use our supplies or if you have some left over materials from one of your own projects that you feel will “match” you specific room we will be glad to use them. Left over room tiles are a great way to keep the theme in a room. You shouldn't have to break your budget to stay warm this winter.
