Gary showed up at the Airport Cafe claiming he had a flight to catch. So far, no one has had the heart to tell him there wasn't one.

He's been hanging around ever since, watching the planes and living off of the crumbs people leave behind.

Well, tomorrow we are sending YOU on a mission to help us find him!

URBANA, IT'S TIME FOR A LITTLE CHAOS 👀

October is our one year anniversary mark, and we are celebrating by doing something fun with the community that's supported us along the way.

We originally hoped to kick this off in September... but the business had other plans for us. 😅 Between the cleanings, new clients, govt contracts, and cheerleading/football/volleyball season for the kids.. September was a calendar that just kept filling up. 😆 Our little bunnies had to wait their turn!

We absolutely couldn't be more thankful to have had such full schedules, but are so excited to finally announce our first Chaos Drop!! 🥰

So, in honor of our anniversary, we are officially introducing..

CHAOS DROP #01: THE DUST BUNNIES

We have partnered with 12 local businesses, and we have 12 tiny trouble makers getting ready to make themselves at home around town.

Here's how it works:

FOLLOW ALONG: We'll reveal participating businesses and share clues as to where the dust bunny is hiding here on our social media pages.

FIND IT: The search is on! Once a bunny has dropped, head to that business to see if you can help us find these pesky dust bunnies. They always seem to be hiding in the most unexpected places and we need your help cleaning up the town!

SCAN IT: If you are the first to find the dust bunny, flip it over and check the bottom of the dust bunny's stand. There will be a QR code waiting for you. Scan this code to see if you have won a prize!

KEEP IT: Finder's keepers! Congratulations, that little bit of chaos is yours to keep. Each bunny has its own name, personality, and backstory explaining how they got there.

We are extremely proud to be a small business local to Champaign County. This community has given us so much to be grateful for, and we love having an excuse to have some fun with other businesses.

This is just the beginning! If you miss out on finding a bunny this time, don't worry! We'll be dropping more surprises throughout the year, so you'll never know when or where a little bit of chaos might show up.

Lately, life and business have both been reminding us that change is not always a bad thing.

Sometimes growth looks like new routines, new goals, long conversations over coffee, stepping outside your comfort zone, and learning to trust the process even when everything feels uncertain. The last few months have brought a lot of change for both of us personally and professionally, but also a lot of excitement for what’s ahead.

Chaos & Seven has been growing right alongside us, and we’re really looking forward to pouring even more into it this next season. More ideas, more projects, more late nights planning over good food and drinks, and hopefully a lot more opportunities to connect with all of you along the way.

Something about this season feels like the beginning of something really special, and we can’t wait to share more of it as it unfolds
